Enter your waybill or tracking ID on our Tracking Portal. You will see current status, checkpoint history, estimated delivery, and—where available—a live map of the cargo’s position. You can also enable SMS and email alerts for key milestones so you do not need to refresh the page continuously.

When an international shipment incurs duties or clearance charges, the outstanding balance appears on the shipment detail page. You can pay by card or bank transfer directly from that page so the cargo is not held at the border. Our brokerage team files the formal entry and will contact you if additional documents (invoices, certificates, permits) are required before release.

Every booking includes the carrier’s standard liability. For higher-value or sensitive goods we offer optional All-Risk transit insurance, with coverage limits that can extend up to $10 million per shipment. Coverage terms depend on commodity, packing, and route. Speak with your account manager before booking if you need elevated cover so the policy is confirmed before the cargo moves.

Cancellations are free of charge before the cargo is collected or handed to the carrier. After pickup, changes depend on mode and current location—for example, diverting a truck is often possible; stopping an ocean container mid-voyage is not. Contact the 24/7 dispatch desk as soon as possible; they will advise on options and any applicable fees.

Yes. We operate refrigerated (reefer) equipment for pharmaceuticals and food, and we accept regulated hazardous materials on approved lanes with the correct documentation and packaging. Please declare such cargo at the time of booking so we can assign the right equipment, trained handlers, and compliance process. Undeclared hazardous goods may be refused or delayed.

Door-to-door air transit often ranges from 2–5 business days for major trade lanes, depending on origin, destination, flight schedules, and customs clearance speed. Express and charter options can compress that further. We publish estimated transit times on quotes and update ETAs in the tracking portal as the shipment progresses.

At minimum: commercial invoice, packing list, and a clear description of the goods with HS codes where known. Some commodities require certificates of origin, licenses, or safety data sheets. Our brokerage team will list any additional requirements when you request a quote so nothing is missing at the border.

Use the Contact form or call the 24/7 desk with origin, destination, weight/dimensions, commodity, and preferred mode. For recurring volume we can set account rates and a dedicated account manager. Quotes are typically returned within one business day—or faster for urgent requests.
